Eastbank River Respite is a perfect place for a family or small group getaway with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths that can comfortably sleep 8 guest in beds, and up to 10 guest with two Aerobeds provided. Our home is nicely furnished and stocked well with housewares for all of your needs. We supply a limited amount of basic spices, foil, saran wrap, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, fishing gear, rafts, beach towels, and a one-person kayak. We have a covered electric boatlift for boats 21 feet or shorter without a tower, and mooring whips for boats 22-28 feet. We also have a motorized jet-ski ramp for two jet skis. There is a gas grill and charcoal grill/smoker for use. For the music lovers we have speakers located around the property for your enjoyment. There is also a full size washer and dryer, as well as an extra refrigerator located in an outside workshop/laundry room. Cable and WIFI provided.

With 90 feet of waterfront and a boardwalk all the way across the property this makes for lots of swimming and fishing fun right from the property.

Dining and Kitchen. We have some extra folding chairs available for the table and there are three barstools at the bar. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes for all your cooking or grilling needs.

Standard Rentals:
60 or more days prior to date of arrival: Full Refund, less $125.00 service fee
59-29 days prior to date of arrival; Forfeit 25% of amount paid + $125.00 service fee
30 days or less prior to arrival: No Refund
Holiday Rentals:
90 or more days prior to date of arrival: Full Refund, less $125.00 service fee.
89-59 days prior to date of arrival: Forfeit 25% of amount paid + $125.00 service fee.
60 days or less prior to date of arrival: No Refund.

*All Cancellation refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation. We highly recommend travel insurance as we have no control over weather or any other unforeseen circumstances on your part and you may need to cancel. I can get you a travel insurance quote if you are interested.
